We are offering one free scheduled trial class. Please call, email, or click
classes and registration page to book your free class online.
Classes are run weekly and tuition is set up on a recurring charge either by credit card on file or EFT. If your child can not attend a class, please cancel the class on the registration page and book another day and time. If we close due to weather or any unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email.
Students should wear athletic wear. Such as pants, shorts, a shirt and sneakers. Please bring indoor sneakers with you to change into which helps to keep our equipment clean.
You will also need a water bottle.
Long hair should be pulled back.
No hats, jewelry, draw strings, belts, crop tops, skirts, dresses or hoodies allowed.
Sneakers are required to participate in any ninja activity.
Everyone is required to fill out a waiver. Please complete the waiver and sign. No one enters the gym without a waiver. You can find the waiver on the website under birthday parties or upon your arrival.
Members of the Workout Club receive discounts on both Ninja memberships as well as class packs. Memberships are a 90-day contract paying the first month and registration fee (if applicable). This contract reverts month to month after the 90 days and is eligible to cancel with a 30-day notice. 10% discount is available for other members in the same family. 20 class packs are an option at $320 for members and $350 for non-members of the gym.

To receive your Workout Club Membership discount, you must sign up inside the club.
Non-members of the Workout Club are welcome. This is a 90-day contract paying the first month and registration fee up front. This contract reverts month to month after the 90 days and is eligible to cancel with a 30-day notice. Discounted enrollment and tuition is offered for other members in the same family.

Please arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled class time.
Older children may be dropped off and picked up or we have a seating area to view the class if you are waiting indoors. Do not drop off young children that cannot go to the restroom on their own (restroom is located inside the Ninja studio).
Parents and guardians are not allowed in the Ninja room during class or non-family open gym times except for toddler class or family open gym.
Please pick up your child as soon as class ends.
Please park and enter through the main entrance of the workout club.
Age Requirements are 3+ for Ninja and 7+ for Aerial Arts.
Open gym times are to be scheduled online under class/registration tab.
No child under 4 years of age should be in the Ninja room, unless attending a toddler class.
Please ask us about our birthday parties, open gyms, classes, and NH Summer Ninja camp.
Passes vs. Membership
To become a member* you can sign up here or stop by our Londonderry location. If a member of the gym, please see a membership representative for discount. Passes of 20 can be purchased at the front desk of the Londonderry Workout Club.
If you do not cancel your session within 24 hours, you may be charged a session in your class pack.

This program is designed for kids 2-16 yrs and offers an alternative to a full fitness program. The offers conditioning through all aspects of fitness from strength to endurance, agility to flexibility.
Test your skills with the variety of American Ninja Warrior inspired obstacles such as the salmon ladder, unstable bridge, warped wall, climbing ropes, slanted steps, aerial silks & hoops classes and more. Our courses change constantly by our coaches and staff to offer the beginner thru advanced the opportunity to challenge yourself whether you are looking for something different or training for a course race.
NINJA WARRIOR FITNESS
STRENGTH
Test your skills on the rock wall, nun chucks and more! Build your strength with fitness activites, and games.
SPEED & AGILITY
How many times can you run the obstacle course? How long can you hold on
to the rings before touching the lava?!
SKILLS & DRILLS
Animal crawls, vaulting, and many more techniques are taught in an exciting environment.
ENDURANCE
Jump our box or long jumps, brave the slanted steps and run!
COORDINATION
Balance and coordination is a key to being a ninja. Balance beams, slack lines and rolling barrels will test your balance.
FLEXIBILITY
Stretching, mixed martial arts and floor exercises will help with the proper form needed to overcome the obstacles.
