Ninjas (4 - 6 Years)
Lil’ Ninjas (4-6 yrs old) is the introduction to this all-new sport inspired by obstacle course training, mixed martial arts, and movement. Your instructor will focus on teaching the fundamentals increasing their motor skills, core strength, agility, and balance in a fun, playfull atmosphere. Each week your lil’ ninja’s will new, challenging, but fun obstacle courses. Let us help your lil’ ninja build confidence, self esteem, social skills and learn to love fitness. 30 minute structured class time and 15 minutes of free time.
Warriors (7-11 Years)
Warrior classes is the next level that tests strength and their agility with the more advanced training techniques. Can they swing from ring to ring, climb the rope, face the warped wall and proceed to more challenging obstacles? This class will help refine the skills and knowledge each week to help improve their fitness levels. The courses and movements in this coincides with the tools needed to play in any sport. This class is 30 minutes of structured class time and 15 minutes of free time to explore and practice the most challenging obstacles.
Teen Fitness (12-17 Years)
The teen bootcamp class will focus on their athletic ability, build muscular strength, endurance and help them fine tune their skills. It’s not always the bigger and stronger that wins, it’s the one who can last the longest. Endurance is a key part of being an ultimate ninja. Whether your your teen plays sports or doesn’t the challenging courses and friendly competitive games will help all the skills needed in anything they want to achieve. Interval and strength training is a key compenent in this 55 minute class filled with challenging circuits and focusing their efforts on more challenging ninja warrior obstacles. They will put their skills to the test and will walk away from the class feeling challenged by their trainer.
Adult 18+ Bootcamp
Ninja Intensity is designed to provide the highest quality and most effective workout experience. Ninja Intensity bootcamp will motivate you in a group atmosphere with individualized attention. Ninja intensity workouts include HIIT, Strength, Speed, Endurance, Balance & Stability and Obstacle Course Training. Ninja Fierce Challenge is designed to provide you the highest quality in extreme obstacle challenges. Whether you are training for a spartan race or tough mudder, our trainers will offer you the most invigorating and demanding workout that you can take. Obstacle training at its best.


ENDURANCE: Jump our box or long jumps, brave the slanted steps and run!

SPEED & AGILITY: How fast can you push yourself? Can you go over and under the obstacles and beat the clock?

FLEXIBILITY: Stretching, mixed martial arts and floor exercises will help with the proper form needed to overcome the obstacles.

STRENGTH: Test your skills on the rockwall, nun chucks and practice with strength games.

COORDINATION: Balance and coordination is a key to being a ninja. Balance beams, slack lines and rolling barrels will test your balance.

SKILLS & DRILLS: Animal crawls, vaulting, techniques.
